Please ensure all tenant-responsible utilities are transferred into your name as of your move-in date.

Failure to transfer utilities may result in administrative fees. Check your lease for specific provider details.

Renters insurance is required ($100k liability minimum). It protects your personal belongings which are not covered by the building.
